Cheerleaders:
GREAT JOB at our first game!!! I am proud of the Vanston Viking 7th grade cheerleaders!!
Congratulations to your two new head cheerleaders! I am confident that you will lead our girls well this year.
SATURDAY PRACTICES will not be possible. The only Saturday we are meeting will be this Sat the 24th at the school from 10-2 pm. You are responsible for finding a ride these days so call another cheerleader if you need help getting there on time. Demerits will be issued for late or absent cheerleaders.
PLEASE REMEMBER TO CHECK THE SNACK SCHEDULE before games. It is your responsibility to bring snacks on your day.

July 28-30 from 10AM-2PM CHEER CAMP- VMS GYM
Bring water. Wear appropriate workout clothing. If you do not have your medical release form you will NOT be participating in stunts. You may bring a light lunch.
July 31 from 11AM-1PM CHEER CAMP SHOWCASE- VMS GYM
Bring water. Parents will be allowed in at noon to watch what you have learned. Brief award ceremony to follow. Girls need to be there at 11AM to practice. You may bring a light lunch.
Aug. 10 and Aug. 12 10AM-12PM PRELIMINARY PRACTICES
7th and 8th grade will practice these two days to get ready for the school year. This is our last chance to learn cheers and chants from 8th graders. Please no food; just water.
Aug. 23- First day of school- Girls do not forget to go to Mrs. Kelley's room to vote for the head cheerleaders (you must pick two and it will not be decided until everybody votes)
